Longo Scion Show

So yesterday was the Longo Scion show at Irwindale, interestingly it was free for paricipants as well as spectators and parking was free. It was very well put together, they had quite of bit of staff and it didnt seem like they had any problems, besides Wes becoming exhausted by the end of the day. What is wierd is that they had an 8th mile run, which for the bB was somewhere around 10-12 seconds.

I had the luxury of riding in Ron's purple van, that shit was crazy. I mean it had a 5-speed....... who does that? The morning was pretty chill for one and free NOS drinks for another. All was good until it hit 1:00pm, then it just got ridiculous hot. But it really didnt matter cause I got to hang out with people that I rarely see like: Mikeyy, Tina, Carlo, Kenny........bB guys. I was also happy to see SD Supastars (to bad omar's bB got hit in the nacho and allen's bB got totalled) and Yogi.

So I pretty much realized that first gen bB is the sickest Scion model. Their was a variety of different styles: show, street, retarded...you know.....the kinda stuff every show has. I walked around multiple times with friends and I was pretty disgusted with some of the things I saw. I dont know how mexi-poke can be cool, obviously some of these guys have money to spend so I dont understand why they put so much money into really nice bodywork, paint, air, system and seem to forget about wheel fitment. But heyyy its their money. I think between the bB squad they have collective a berillon degrees of camber. These guys really got the whole wheel fit-a-ment on lock.

The awards were pretty chill, alot of people got free stuff like hats, Motul money, shirts. bB squad ended up taking home quite of bit of trophies and team represent or something of that nature. All I want to say is that im pretty exhausted and its time to study for midterms.....becuase you know I just had my spring break.

On another note, HeavyHitters came out to support. I've seen these cars before, but like everyone other time I only have one thing to say......."F***ck that shit is sick!!!"

Alright, so I know alot of VIP and Autolux cars are nice but this FUGA takes it....ALL! This car is so sick. Sorry Sean, Jonathan, and Cody but this car kills, doesnt matter what you show me.

So unlike Sean, I got to spend my SpringBreak working at my job and working on my jetta. I was lucky enough that Sean picked these up for me, thanks ma. Hey kenny, next time I come up north ill swing by for sure.
