Not An "Accent"

As an Asian-American, I grew up having kids knock on me, call me names, say "ching chong ching chong", and even pulled their eyes to mock me. For those who don't understand..

"Please refer to NYU Alum Beau Sia’s great response to Rosie O’Donnell’s “Ching Chong impression” circa 2007 to understand the complexity, idiocy, and hate behind this “accent"." -Generasian

I totally agree with you. It's not just Asians that get racially discriminated or profiled but all peoples of color. It's even funnier how divided people of color are due to class, culture, skin and gender. Honestly man if someone doesn't like us because were Asian then that's there fuckin problem. No matter what I'm always gonna love myself for who I am. Asians in America already have a hard time identifying themselves culturally and you can blame the media for that.

I don't get why he has to sound "politically correct" and justify himself to her. Honestly, even if she did apologize that doesn't mean anything. At the end of the day she's still gonna feel that way about us Asians. Don't you think its a double standard for him to hold back and not retaliate to her?
